Hi, I’m Alex — also known as Alex Solo when I’m composing music — and now ,I’m the founder of Paramantius AI.
My roots are in engineering. For over a decade, I’ve worked across all aspects of building and facilities management — from electrical systems and plumbing to HVAC, fabric, and mechanical maintenance. I’ve seen firsthand the daily challenges engineers, landlords, and contractors face: endless admin tasks, delays in maintenance orders, repetitive procedures that waste time and energy.
But I’ve also seen the opportunity.
As someone who has built not only systems but also songs, I’ve always had a passion for solving problems creatively. Whether on a rooftop fixing chilled water pumps or in a studio writing a power ballad or helping my dad to fix his trimmer , I’m drawn to complex puzzles and finding efficient, innovative but solutions.
